All our systems come with a full one- or two-year warranty, after which a maintenance agreement can be signed.

Full documentation is included for all systems delivered, including a User’s Guide, a Maintenance Guide, Calibration Guidelines and wiring diagrams.

Regional customers will be pleased to note that we are based less than 45min from the Manila International Airport, with regional flights departing hourly. There are over 9 daily flights to Singapore, 5 to Japan and 4 to Taiwan.

We have also partnered with regional integrators to provide a local sales representative, rapid support and improved communications with customers in each area. Please contact us to find a representative near you.

We understand the demanding requirements that a high-speed production line places on a test system in terms of up-time and time-to-repair. We provide 24-hour telephone support for select customers, with the mobile numbers of key engineering staff provided.

In addition, remote support by telephone, fax, chat and email is always available during office hours. For regional customers, software updates can often be emailed, with our staff walking you through the installation by phone, while hardware modifications can often be handled in cooperation with a local integrator in your area.

Customers with large installations often benefit from the use of a dial-up modem connected to the controller, with which our authorized engineering staff can remotely monitor the performance of the system, and in some instances modify its parameters.
